Feeling incredibly privileged today. The CrossFit Foundation have supported our goal to become an affiliated CrossFit box. When the world reopens for business CrossFit Strong Confident Kind should be ready to help the young people and families we already work with, and colleagues from the Education, Health and Social care sectors on their journeys towards greater activity and strength.
